At St Lawrence's Lodge, we aim to make our Resident's time here as comfortable and stress free as possible. To achieve this, we offer a range of services to our Residents:<\/p>\n

  • Nurse calling functions in every room,<\/li>\n
  • Otex Bed Linen Disinfection System,<\/li>\n
  • A lift for second-floor access,<\/li>\n
  • A local dentist, hairdresser and chiropodist visit regularly and when required,<\/li>\n
  • A varied, always-changing kitchen menu serving home-cooked meals, soups and cakes,<\/li>\n
  • A wide selection of crafts, activities and games,<\/li>\n
  • Specialist Alzheimer's and Dementia Care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    Our Staff<\/h3>

    Here at St Lawrence's Lodge, we strive to provide the best care possible for our residents. All members of staff at St Lawrence's Lodge hold relevant qualifications for their line of work, as well as many years experience either with us or other Care Homes throughout the county.<\/p>\n

    We don't believe in being just good enough, so each year every member of staff participates in a new training program at a level well above the minimum. This boosts both the practical and educational knowledge that our care staff have, meaning we're constantly finding ways to improve our Residents' time with us.<\/p>\n

    As a minimum, all of our staff must hold a Level 2 NVQ in care. Each of our Senior Care members hold a Level 3 qualification, whilst each member of staff is also trained in Food Hygiene, First Aid Awareness, Basic Health and Safety and Dementia Awareness.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
